1. IT Support Executive (Call Centre)
Job Description:
- Handle telephone calls and e-mails from customers (IT-related enquiries and trouble-reporting)
- Ensure all the assigned incidents are handled properly and timely
- Process weekly and monthly reports and other documentations
- Operate the Network Monitoring System
- Perform call centre administration jobs
- Perform any other tasks as assigned
Requirements:
- Diploma in any discipline
- Basic WAN & LAN knowledge preferred
- Pleasant voice and cheerful personality in call handling
- Good command of written and spoken English
- Good interpersonal and customer service skills
- Ability to carry out simple first-level trouble-shooting
- Singaporeans or Singapore PRs are preferred
- Must be able to work flexible, rotating 24 hours shifts including weekends and Public Holidays
